Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication.
• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential settings.
• Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop their skills in the field.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or readiness to test).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability through Vredevoogd’s insurance carrier.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Grandville.
