B. Health, Safety & Risk Management
- Life Saving Rules (LSR): Rigorously enforce Life Saving Rules in wind blades manufacturing environment through engineering controls
- Risk Assessments & JOA: Lead comprehensive Job Safety / Job Operational Analyses (JOA) and risk assessments for new product introductions (NPI), mold changes, and chemical handling processes (resins, epoxies, hardeners, and solvents).
- Incident Management & Corrective Actions: Drive transparent reporting, thorough incident/near-miss investigations, and robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA) tracking to prevent recurrence.

D. Partnering & Training Culture
- Cooperative Partnership: Build strong, trust-based relationships with plant leadership, production supervisors, union representatives (if applicable), and shop-floor operators. Shift the narrative from "policing safety" to "co-creating solutions."
- EHS Capability Building: Design and deliver engaging safety training programs, safety toolbox talks, and specialized certifications (e.g., crane safety, chemical handling, emergency response).
- Empowerment: Empower employees to exercise Stop Work Authority (SWA) without fear of reprisal when unsafe conditions or behaviors are observed.
3. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Environmental) or a relevant discipline. A recognized diploma/degree in Industrial Safety is highly preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive EHS experience within heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering, composites, or wind turbine manufacturing environments.
