You will coordinate across manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, and logistics to keep projects moving efficiently. Your responsibilities 

• Lead new product planning and process control activities, including drawing review, tooling requirements, and quality control planning.  

• Coordinate pre-assembly, testing, packaging, shipment planning, and logistics execution. 
• Collaborate with design, procurement, process, testing, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. 
• Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and drive schedule and capacity optimization initiatives. 
• Manage order reviews, delivery commitments, production planning achievement, and inventory control. 
 

Expectations for you 

• College degree or above. 
• 3-5 years of planning experience in a machinery manufacturing environment. 
• Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings. 
• Good computer skills including MS Office and ERP systems. 
• English reading and writing skills with strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
