Ziel der Stelle (Kurzbeschreibung des Aufgabengebietes) 

• Planung und Kalkulation unterschiedlicher Bauprojekte 

• Erstellung detailierte Arbeitsbeschreibungen 

Führt selbständig alle Arbeiten gemäß seines Berufsbildes aus 

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: 

• Erstellt im begrenzten Umfang Zeichnungen und Skizzen 

• Erstellt Arbeitsbeschreibungen und Leistungsbeschreibungen in Deutsch und Englisch 

• Ermittelt Art und Menge des benötigten Materials 

• Ermittelt Kosten für jede einzelne Position 

• Erarbeitet Detaillösungen 

• Ermittelt ungefähre Kosten für Projekte die noch nicht im Detail bearbeitet sind (Rough Costs ) 

• Arbeitet in den Standorten Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, Pirmasens, Miesau und Sembach 

• Arbeitet regelmässig in einem Team, wenn es das Projekt erfordert 

• Unterstützt bei Bedarf andere Gewerke bei deren Arbeitsaufgaben 

• Befolgt betriebliche Verfahrensweisen, sowie DIN, EN, UVV, VDE, VOB und ISO Normen 

• Führt alle betrieblich notwendigen Arbeitsdokumente 

• Nimmt Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen im Interesse der Firma wahr 

• Führt auf Weisung seines Vorgesetzten andere Tätigkeiten aus, die betrieblich notwendig sind

Erforderliche Qualifikationen: 

• Realschulabschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss 

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung 

• Kenntnisse in PC Bedienung, Microsoft Windows und Microsoft Office 

• Muss körperlich und geistig geeignet sein, alle Aufgaben auszuführen. 

• Englischkenntnisse der Stufe 2 erforderlich 

 
Job Description

· Plans and estimates various construction projects 

· Prepares detailed work descriptions 

· Independently performs all work within the occupational role 

Job Responsibilities: 

· Prepares drawings and sketches on a limited basis 

· Prepares work descriptions and specifications in German and English 

· Determines the type and quantity of materials required 

· Determines the cost of each line item 

· Develops detailed solutions 

· Prepares approximate costs for projects not yet developed in detail (Rough Costs) 

· Works at the Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, Pirmasens, Miesau and Sembach locations 

· Regularly works as part of a team when the project requires it 

· Assists other trades with their work as needed 

· Follows company procedures and DIN, EN, UVV, VDE, VOB and ISO standards 

· Maintains all operationally required work records 

· Participates in further training in the company's interest 

· Performs other operationally necessary duties as directed by the supervisor

Required Qualifications: 

· Intermediate secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent 

· Completed vocational training 

· Knowledge of PC operation, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 

· Must be physically and mentally fit to perform all duties. 

· English skills at Level 2 required
