A day in the life.
As our Placement Client Coordinator on the Agribusiness team, you will:
- Assist Placement team with the following as needed:
- Data research and analysis
- Providing coverage/exposure analysis and offering recommendations
- Providing underwriting support and review including submissions, bind requests (subjectivities, and exposure verification)
- Premium & Loss documents in Excel
- Processing of notices of cancellation, non-renewals, and reinstatements
- Issuing endorsements in rate/quote/issue system
- Provide administrative support as directed by Ag Placement AVP.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- This individual must possess advanced knowledge of general business software such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point. PDF Xchange/Adobe and Access database knowledge preferred. This individual will ideally possess a natural affinity towards learning and using a wide array of software products.
- Must possess a willingness to seek solutions to complex projects and issues, especially those that are software related.
- Must possess a customer service mindset, with the natural disposition to be helpful and aid others in the workplace wherever possible.
- Good communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers using tact and diplomacy.
- The ideal candidate will possess the ability to grow their knowledge within this position and advance into roles increasingly integral to the department.
- Reading, writing, mathematical skills that would normally be acquired through the acquisition of a high school diploma. Some college coursework is preferred.
- 4 years of relevant administrative/clerical experience, with heavy utilization of Excel preferred.
