Input process

• Pick goods as batch book, keep the same batch goods in one pallet
• Collect the quality of goods(good or bad) base on technical standard (TAMU), put the unqualified goods in the private place
• Report to management team about issue during the picking.
• Wrap chit after collecting goods
• Wrap chit after collecting goods

Output process

• Base on the position in Master Picking, pick the right goods code, batch and quantity
• Pull goods to assigned position
• Base on check list, come to the right position, check goods code, batch and pick the right quantity
• Pull and keep goods as assigned position in ballet

Keep hygiene in working place

• Clean working place usually
• Ensure tidy, clean working place

Health and Safety Role

• Follow Toll and legislative health and safety requirements to do with their roles and responsibilities
• Identify and report hazards, injuries and incidents
• Follow reasonable instructions in both normal and emergency situations related to health and safety
• Act responsibly for the safety of self and others
• Participate in health and safety improvement activities, reviews, audits and consultation
• All have the authority to make decisions and act on any matter of health and safety  to ensure their and other’s safety
• Report  hazards, injuries and incidents
• Raise safety concerns
• Requisition designated protective equipment and clothing needed for their job
• Engage in safety audits and observations
• Undertake health and safety related actions assigned to them through appropriate channels
