Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking for flexible community-based work? We are seeking dedicated contractors to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors in Melbourne .
This role offers flexible work packages, allowing you to build ongoing relationships with your clients while working within a local community catchment.
About the Role
As a Community Physiotherapist, you will:
- Provide physiotherapy services to NDIS and Aged Care clients with physical, neurological, and developmental disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive movement and mobility assessments.
- Complete manual handling assessments and prescribe appropriate assistive technology, including walking and mobility aids.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, pain management, and goal-focused rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain effective communication with other allied health professionals involved in client care.
- Deliver services in clients' homes and community settings, supporting continuity of care with an ongoing caseload.
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Demonstrated experience working with NDIS and/or Aged Care clients.
- Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation, pain management, mobility assessment, and assistive technology prescription.
- A client-centred approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Please note: We are seeking experienced Physiotherapists only. Graduate applications will not be considered.

Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Podiatry.
- Current registration with the relevant Australian health authority.
- Experience in podiatric practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
