We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic in Paris, Kentucky. At H2 Health Paris, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, sports medicine, and workers' compensation patients. Our clinic offers opportunities to develop specialty interests while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, where applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
