Compensation: 80,000 - 90,000 + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

At Lucas Therapies, we're looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Roanoke team! Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.
• Utilize clinical technology to support efficient documentation and patient care.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or qualifying equivalent).
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-informed, patient-centered care.
