About this Physical Therapist PRN role at Erickson Senior Living

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are seeking compassionate, resident-centered Physical Therapists PRN to join our team.
In this role, you will provide individualized physical therapy services that help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence across the continuum of care. Because all residents live within our award-winning community, you'll have the unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships and support them throughout their healthcare journey, without the need for travel.
Our Physical Therapists take a holistic approach to care, addressing residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, and clinical needs while collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our communities offer diverse rehabilitation services, including specialty programs such as urinary incontinence, vestibular rehabilitation, home safety assessments, movement disorders, and low vision.
All of our clients live within our community, which means no additional travel!
Compensation: $55.00 per hour

How you will make an impact:
Perform physical therapy screenings, evaluations, and treatments across multiple levels of care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' function and quality of life.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing in compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and interventions.
Support a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment.
What we require:
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Maryland.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to meet Medicare and state regulatory requirements.
Experience completing clinical documentation to support reimbursement and compliance standards.
Experience treating older adults across a variety of diagnoses preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and customer service skills
