We’re hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Pelvic Health Physical Therapists — including new grads — who want competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path to professional growth that flexes with every stage of your career.
In addition to specializing in helping patients recover from orthopedic conditions and surgeries like ACL, total hip replacement, and total knee replacements, we also offer individualized treatment plans for a diverse pelvic health population. - Competitive Physical Therapist salary: $78,000 - $95,000+ per year (negotiable, based on experience)

What You’ll Do as a Pelvic Physical Therapist
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

- Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs
Schedule Options
- Full Time (30-40 hours)
- Part Time (20-29 hours)
- PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Experience with pelvic floor evaluation, treatment, and patient education through evidence-based therapeutic interventions
