In partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas, our Mount Juliet Specialty Rehabilitation clinic offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Neurologic Rehabilitation come together to help patients regain function, independence, and quality of life. This unique setting provides opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, professional growth, exposure to diverse patient populations and diagnoses, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients with complex rehabilitation needs.

What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

Schedule Options
- Full Time (30-40 hours)
- Part Time (1-29 hours)
- PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)
Qualifications
- Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
- Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
