About This Role:
Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Physical Therapist to support our members through virtual care.
As a Maven provider, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, expanding access to high-quality healthcare. You’ll join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all working to deliver holistic, high-value care.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position requiring approximately 5 hours per week.
What You'll Do:
- Provide virtual care and support to members through 20-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, addressing topics such as:
- General exercise guidance and support
- Safe and appropriate exercise during pregnancy
- Exercise preparation for childbirth
- Pelvic floor strengthening exercises and guidance
- Document member encounters in Maven's practice management system, MPractice.
- Collaborate with Maven's Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care.
- Champion Maven's unique care model by providing culturally humble, compassionate, evidence-based care and advancing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.
What You'll Bring:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Currently residing in the United States.
- Ability to commit approximately 5 hours per week to direct member care in a part-time, 1099 independent contractor capacity.
- At least 5 years of professional experience providing wellness coaching or physical therapy services.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth.
- Experience providing one-on-one wellness coaching or physical therapy services in a private practice setting.
- Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment.
- Passion for women's and family health, with a strong interest in menopause, pelvic health, and holistic wellness.
