Brendan House is a 110-bed skilled nursing facility in Kalispell providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and comfort care. Our resident-centered environment gives therapists the opportunity to develop relationships with residents, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, and see the progress their work makes over time.

This PRN opportunity is a great fit for a Physical Therapist looking to maintain flexibility while staying connected to hands-on clinical practice and a collaborative rehabilitation team.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist at Brendan House, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and independence.

In this role, you will:

• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and identify individualized goals
• Develop, implement, and revise plans of care based on each resident’s needs and progress
• Provide evidence-based treatment designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life
• Help residents work toward greater independence with everyday activities and movement
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Communicate changes in condition, progress, and treatment recommendations
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements
• Participate in department initiatives and contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment
• Provide care according to professional physical therapy standards and Logan Health policies

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Montana Physical Therapist license OR graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with the ability to obtain Montana licensure within 30 days of hire
• Current HS AED CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities while working both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to compassionate, professional, and confidential resident care

Schedule: PRN (scheduled as needed) Variable Shifts.

PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs. Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
