The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and execute treatment programs that focus on improving mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities in patients of all ages. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License
• Minimum two years of experience in Home Health or similar settings
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and the care team
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage a diverse caseload
