A Full-Time Opportunity in Bonita Springs

This position is scheduled around approximately 1–2 patients per hour, with regular hours of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The salary is $88K–$95K per year DOE, plus full benefits.

About the Position

You’ll work with patients who are trying to regain physical ability after an injury, operation, or musculoskeletal problem.

For some, success may mean getting back to a physically demanding job. For others, it may mean improving joint motion, walking comfortably, returning to exercise, or simply moving through daily activities with fewer restrictions.

Your responsibility is to decide what needs to be addressed during therapy and how to move the patient forward safely.

Responsibilities

• Examine physical function and movement limitations
• Establish an appropriate course of treatment
• Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercises
• Address weakness, restricted mobility, and balance concerns
• Progress patients toward more demanding activities
• Use manual therapy when clinically appropriate
• Reassess function throughout treatment
• Revise goals when the patient’s needs change
• Educate patients on independent exercise
• Complete evaluations and progress documentation

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist License
• DPT or MSPT Degree
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Orthopedic clinical background
