This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of 8-10 photographers, ensuring high performance, adherence to brand standards, and continuous skill improvement.

  • Optimise workflows and conduct regular quality audits to maintain high-quality media output and efficient service delivery.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting equipment and software issues, and coordinating with IT support.

  • Drive customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries and coordinating seamlessly with logistics, sales, and customer support.

  • Monitor KPI performance and scorecards regularly to identify and implement areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with product and sales to ensure we are delivering the best results for our clients.

  • Attend appointments with Photographers to provide coaching, learn new techniques or best practices to share with the team.

  • Occasional interstate travel is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree qualification.

  • +5 years of direct operations management experience, including remote management of 6 or more employees.

  • Exceptional communication and team engagement skills, particularly with remote teams.

  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and expertise in analysing KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Dedication to outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.

  • Flexibility for fieldwork travel and availability for evening/weekend work as required by client needs.

  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a global leader in property technology and data innovation.

  • Work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies to shape the future of real estate intelligence.

  • Enjoy career growth opportunities within a high-performing, collaborative team.
