Schedule Details: 3rd shift, four 10 hour shifts, weekend and holiday rotation requirement

Step into a dynamic role where you play a critical part in patient care!

As a Phlebotomist/Med Lab Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the diagnostic process, responsible for collecting, handling, and processing specimens that help drive accurate medical decisions. Your expertise will make a difference!

In this role, you will:

  • Perform specimen collection, processing, distribution, and resulting with precision and care

  • Conduct phlebotomy and capillary punctures for pediatric patients

  • Ensure each sample is handled accurately to support timely and reliable results

We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are passionate about patient interaction.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (official documentation required for compliance)

  • Previous phlebotomy experience (1 year preferred)

  • Laboratory or hospital experience (strongly encouraged)

  • Working knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, reagents, and equipment maintenance

  • Ability to perform routine procedures with confidence and accuracy

  • Strong analytical skills to determine specimen requirements and ensure correct patient identification

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to put patients at ease and clearly explain procedures

  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus when collecting and handling specimens
