Job title:
Ultrasound Japan Order Management Intern
Your role:
管理销售订单，保证整个订单流程符合公司和外部相关法律法规
Duties and responsibilities include:
根据系统评审后的合同/PO, 准确地在系统内录入订单并与需求计划人员协调给出订单交期承诺
实时了解生产状况，跟进订单进展，如有特殊需求，及时发起审批流程
根据订单中约定的付款方式与财务确认货款情况或者信用证进度，在到款后及时协调财务放单并开具出库单
及时与物流协调安排订舱发运，并将发货计划提供给销售
制作发货后对应的单证给客户，出口包括箱单，发票，提单，原产地证等，保证按时交单，国内运输包括增值税发票
根据商务要求制作PI/OC给客户，协助销售订单的签订和付款
根据销售合同，维护客户主数据，完成系统评审和操作
实时准确地记录发货数据以及相关单据的整理和归档，配合内审及外审的相关工作
积极参与公司内部精益工作流程项目
Requirements:
本科或者本科以上学历.
候选人必须拥有日语一级证书，具备基本商务日语沟通能力.
候选人具备基本的英文书面阅读书写能力，拥有CET-6 证书者.
熟练使用各种办公室office 软件（WORD/EXCEL/PPT etc.）
良好的跨部门沟通能力.
性格稳重，做事务实踏实.
有以下经验者加分：
有日本企业实习或者服务日本客户经历
具备一定的ERP软件使用经验（SAP优先）
对于日本的相关法律法规有基本常识（税法,物流法等）
具备医疗产品经验者

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
