- Assist in the issuance of proof of remittance to vendors and collection of required invoices and BIR documents.

- Support the updating and maintenance of accounting books and records, including cash disbursement, cash   receipts, sales, purchases, and general ledger files.

- Assist in preparing and encoding vendor information for quarterly BIR submissions, including QAP, SAWT, and SLSPI.

- Assist in preparing the annual alphalist of employees and vendors for BIR submission.

- Support the preparation and issuance of sales invoices and delivery receipts based on validated sales transactions.

- Assist in monitoring and securing required BIR Form 2307 documents.

- Maintain complete, accurate, and organized accounting files, including vouchers, Requests for Payment, BIR forms, and other supporting documents.

- Perform other Finance and administrative tasks as assigned
