Hourly Pay Range:
$19.62 - $30.41 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
- Position: Pharmacy Technician II
- Location: Edward Hospital, 120 Spaulding Drive, Naperville, IL
- Full Time (40 hours/week)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 730a-430p
What you will need:
- Education (Required):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Certifications (Required):
- Current License as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Illinois
- One of the following must be met:
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification or must obtain CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) within 90 days of hire, or
- Successfully passed the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) examination pending certification, or
- Current Pharmacy Technician license with “Student” designation issued by the State of Illinois
- IV room experience preferred
What you will do:
Assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. Works under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
