We are looking for a sales champion who shares our values to join our team as a Pharmacist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on the safe use of prescriptions, providing information on over-the-counter medications, manage inventory and provide excellent service to our customers.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• Dispensing medications in an accurate and timely manner.

• Completing pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians' workflow.

• Providing pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counselling patients on drug therapies.

• Providing effective and efficient drug procurement and storage.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.

• Assisting with the company’s stock taking process.

• Drive retail sales and patient retention.

• Provide direct supervision to pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support personnel ensuring compliance in all areas.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Associate Degree in Pharmacy.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Pharmacy practice.

• Must be able to obtain registration with the St. Lucia Pharmacy Council.  

• A passion for service excellence and patient centered care.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of the Pharmacy Act and Regulations of St. Lucia.

• Ability to Supervise and lead a team to achieve the organizational goals.

• Ability to analyze information and make sound judgments.

• A general understanding of the pharmaceutical retail sector.

• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
