How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Tem como missão apoiar, acompanhar, monitorar e verificar procedimentos de Segurança e Saúde nas unidades onde tem responsabilidade, com a finalidade de manter e fortalecer uma cultura inclusiva de Segurança. Tendo um foco de suporte e colaboração com as operações industriais e medicinais, clientes, bem como assegurar a conformidade, a confiabilidade e a segurança de produtos e serviços conforme os requisitos especificados.- Apoiar as regionais na implantação, desenvolvimento, suporte e adequação dos processos do sistema de gestão industrial, além do suporte ao meio ambiente, conformidade industrial e confiabilidade, bem como aspectos relacionados à segurança patrimonial e industrial.
- Planejar, verificar a aplicação da legislação e procedimentos industriais da empresa, e implementar em conjunto condições que eliminem ou reduzam os riscos de ocorrência de acidentes, incidentes e não conformidades ao SGI.
- Acompanhar atividades relacionadas em obras/serviços realizados na Air Liquide bem como em terceiros/clientes, informando e apoiando as equipes sobre os riscos, bem como as medidas de eliminação e neutralização.
- Apoiar a criação, o acompanhamento e o fortalecimento da CIPA de todas as Unidades (Acompanhamento do Processo).
- Apoiar na captação e teste de novos fornecedores/equipamentos para diversos trabalhos em parceria com as áreas envolvidas (EPI’s / Equipamento de Emergência, entre outros).
- Disseminar as boas práticas e procedimentos de segurança e Meio Ambiente quando aplicável.
- Comunicar e divulgar os resultados da área de Segurança para as Unidades em que atua e realizar treinamentos específicos.
