Up to £27,560.00 pro rata FTE plus OTE depending on experience

The opportunity

As our Personal Training Lead you will:

• Support the Fitness Manager across the fitness arm of our Health & Wellbeing offering.
• Strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do.
• Carry out managerial administration, determined by the fitness manager.
• Be responsible for the gym floor service, presentation and maintenance.
• Promote and deliver fitness programmes.
• Support and champion our express classes and 'Meet our experts' sessions.

The person:
To succeed as a Personal Training Lead, you will need:

• CIMSPA membership, Level 3 REPs or equivalent.
• Experience of designing and managing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
• Support your colleagues to develop and grow.
