Job Summary**

As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to individual clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through a range of banking products and services.

Job Responsibilities**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, understanding their financial needs and aspirations.
* Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and develop tailored financial plans covering areas such as savings, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
* Recommend and cross-sell appropriate RHB Bank products and services, including deposits, loans, unit trusts, insurance, and other wealth management solutions.
* Monitor client portfolios and market trends, providing regular updates and adjustments to financial plans as needed.
* Educate clients on various financial products, market conditions, and investment strategies.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the retail banking segment.
* Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide holistic financial solutions to clients.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
