About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. As a Personal Assistant Manager, you will provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. You will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing schedules, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting business priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
- Ensure all tasks are handled with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
