We are currently building a talent pipeline on behalf of our client, a Single-Family Office in Limassol, for an upcoming Personal Assistant opportunity.

We would be interested in connecting with experienced PAs who have supported HNWI individuals, family offices, senior executives or private households and are confident managing complex personal and business requirements.

The role is expected to involve:

• Complex international travel & luxury itineraries
• Calendar and appointment management
• Private aviation and bespoke travel arrangements
• Special projects and ad hoc requests
• Private and corporate event coordination
• Medical travel and international appointments
• Liaising with premium vendors and service providers
• Handling highly confidential information with complete discretion

Requirements

• Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively
• Fluency in both English and Russian, with confident written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• A valid EU passport is essential
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
• Availability to travel internationally
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability and personal accountability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and close attention to detail
• Flexibility to provide support outside standard working hours when required, particularly during international travel
