About this Role

This is a hands-on role in an in-house performance marketing team running paid acquisition across several markets. You will build, launch, and monitor campaigns, working closely with the marketing teams to ensure we have high-performing creatives and results.

You Will

Build and run campaigns across markets

• Build, launch, and QA campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms across countries
• Keep creatives fresh on a regular cadence, upload assets through our pipelines, and keep naming conventions and tracking parameters clean
• Monitor daily pacing against budgets 

Keep the numbers and maintain accounts

• Own weekly reports, including performance analysis, insights, and recommended optimizations
• Keep costs and trackers up to date and run reconciliation of the numbers
• Maintain audience syncs, exclusion lists, and conversion event checks across platforms
• Manage ad-account admin: users, billing, payment methods, invoices, and platform policy issues

Be the day-to-day contact

• Work with country teams on execution questions and paid amplification of content and community campaigns
• Handle day-to-day questions from platform account managers and escalate accordingly

You Are

• 1 to 3 years hands-on in paid social or paid search, agency or in-house, and you have personally built and optimised campaigns on Meta and at least one of Google or TikTok
• Careful with detail: tracking parameters, naming, budgets, dates. You notice when a number looks wrong before anyone else does
• High competency in AI platforms is a plus 
• App marketing and experience with platforms like AppsFlyer is preferred
