The Performance & Digitalization Analyst will support the advancement of data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across DePuy Synthes. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor business performance, develop insights from data, identify process improvement opportunities, and help implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance metrics and develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support operational and strategic decision making.

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Support the implementation and adoption of digitalization initiatives, tools, and technologies across business functions.

• Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate operational needs into data-driven solutions.

• Conduct analyses of business processes and identify automation, simplification, and efficiency opportunities.

• Support continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving and performance management methodologies.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for business leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Assist with change management, communications, and user adoption activities related to digital transformation programs.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and support 

enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field required.

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade operations, import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations within a regulated environment. 

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and standard Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. 

• Experience in analytics, reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, process improvement, or supply chain support roles preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to business stakeholders.

• Experience with reporting and visualization tools, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other analytics or automation technologies preferred.

• Ability to define and track KPIs, create performance reporting, and support structured business reviews.

• Exposure to digitalization, automation, workflow improvement, or systems implementation projects is preferred.

Other 

• Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

74,000.00 - 133,000.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
