People Partner

 

My name is Hannah Holst Kragelund, Regional Head of People & Culture Europe, and I am looking for a trusted People Partner to join our team.

 

Here, you will be working closely with me as well as with a dedicated P&C team of professionals spread across Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring that the fundamentals are executed flawlessly while also driving projects, supporting organizational change, and contributing to the development of our people agenda across Europe.

 

I am looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership, works independently, and has the judgment to know when to challenge and when to support. Someone who is equally comfortable preparing an employment contract, improving a process, managing a project, or helping solve complex people-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will amongst others include:

 

  • Supporting the planning and execution of strategic HR projects and initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, talent management and employee development activities
  • Advising managers on Danish employment law, HR policies and employee relations matters
  • Managing HR administration with a strong focus on quality, compliance and employee experience
  • Preparing employment contracts, addenda and other HR documentation
  • Supporting annual HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management and talent reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation, company policies and global HR frameworks
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes and ways of working
  • Taking ownership of tasks and projects from idea through implementation

 

Who we are looking for

 

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and passionate about helping others. Moreover, we expect you to bring:

 

  • 3-7 years of experience from a similar HR role in an international environment
  • Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes
  • Experience supporting both operational HR activities and larger HR initiatives or projects
  • Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday
