About the role

As a People Partner in Asia Pacific, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the People strategies that enable business growth, strengthen leadership capability and enhance organisational performance.

Partnering with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio, you'll provide strategic advice and practical solutions on workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession, engagement and change. You'll help leaders navigate growth opportunities, solve complex people challenges and create high-performing teams that deliver lasting impact. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR People Partner who enjoys operating as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and connecting people outcomes to business success.

You'll work closely with our APAC People team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Services and global specialist teams, to deliver people initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across the region.

The Opportunity

As a trusted partner to business leaders, you'll help shape the people strategies that enable growth, strengthen capability and drive organisational performance.

You will:

• Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Provide expert advice across workforce planning, organisation design, talent and succession.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability, performance and employee experience.
• Use workforce insights and data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and inform decision-making.
• Lead and support initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, organisational effectiveness and change outcomes.
• Collaborate across the People team to deliver practical, high-impact people solutions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery, influencing through relationships and creating sustainable outcomes that support both people and business success.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for a commercially minded People Partner who can influence, challenge and support leaders to achieve outstanding business and people outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• A track record of partnering with leaders to solve business challenges through people-focused solutions.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and change.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• The ability to translate data and insights into practical business recommendations.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.

Most importantly, you'll be a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships, navigates complexity and brings a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
