About the role:
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that support Plenti’s growth, performance and employee experience.
Partnering closely with leaders, you’ll provide strategic advice across the employee lifecycle while delivering initiatives across learning & development, organisational development, change and people projects. You’ll help leaders build capability, navigate change and create high-performing teams, while contributing to a strong, inclusive and values-led culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on people strategy, performance, employee relations and organisational development
- Lead and deliver people, culture and capability projects from concept through to implementation
- Develop and deliver learning, development and leadership capability initiatives
- Support organisational design and team structure initiatives where required
- Partner with leaders through organisational change, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement
- Use people insights and data to identify opportunities and support decision-making
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on talent, hiring and internal mobility initiatives
- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and employee experience
- Continuously improve people processes, programs and ways of working
About you:
- 4+ years’ experience across HR / People & Culture, with strategic HRBP experience
- Strong project and change management experience, ideally across people-focused initiatives
- Proven experience in learning & development and organisational development
- Experience supporting organisational design and broader workforce initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation
- A genuine passion for people, culture and creating great employee experiences
