As a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will support the delivery and development of learning experiences that help employees build professional and interpersonal skills. 
 You will work closely with the Enterprise Talent & Learning team to coordinate learning activities, facilitate training sessions, create learning materials, and support the smooth execution of global learning programs. 
 This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development and is looking to grow their experience in learning design, facilitation, and program management within a global organization. 

This is a Maternity Cover and we offer a 12 months contract.

As a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will: 

• Facilitate virtual and classroom-based training sessions. 

• Support the coordination and logistics of learning programs and events. 

• Create and update presentations, learner materials, facilitator guides, and job aids. 

• Support the development of learning content and activities. 

• Work with subject matter experts to gather information and create learning materials. 

• Monitor learner participation and collect feedback. 

• Support program communications and learner engagement activities. 

• Maintain learning documentation and resources. 

• Assist with reporting and administrative activities related to learning programs. 

• Contribute ideas to improve the learner experience. 

Fuel your passion 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field. 

• Emerging of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training, education, or related areas. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills. 

• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating discussions. 

• Strong organizational and coordination skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines. 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. 

• Interest in learning, people development, and facilitation. 

• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn. 

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Business travel up to 40% also internationally

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 38,605  To 59,000.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
