We have a great opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator in Sydney.
Our team is small but mighty and would suit a self-starter ready to roll their sleeves up. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of P&C and learn.
You are an integral team member and will be the first point of call offering assistance and guidance to leaders and team members on a broad range of P&C policies, programs and practices.
Your role:
Provide first level advice to team members and leaders regarding P&C policies, programs and practices across multiple areas including L&D, benefits, recruitment, HRIS (Workday) etc.
Responsible for administrative elements across the employee lifecycle, including generating letters, supporting with P&C cyclic activities.
Support with the implementation of new P&C policies, practices and programs.
Support with the co-ordination of organisational events, e.g., Intersect Days, Christmas Party etc.
What you bring:
Some coordination experience in HR and knowledge of organisational policies and practices.
Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
Ability to work to deadlines and at a fast pace.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A strong work ethic and resilient.
