About this Pega Integration Consultant (CSSA) role at Accenture

We are seeking a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join our Integration & Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions on the Pega platform, working closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable services. You will participate throughout the full solution lifecycle, from analysis and design to deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Pega platform.
- Deliver integration capabilities using REST and SOAP services.
- Participate in technical and functional design discussions.
- Support testing activities and troubleshoot production issues.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations and platform configurations.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and development standards.
- Apply DevOps practices including CI/CD, source control, and automation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Pega platform.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL and data modeling concepts.
- Knowledge of XML technologies including XSD, XSLT, XQuery, and XPath.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Git and automated testing practices.
- Experience with Pega integration capabilities such as Connect REST/SOAP, Data Pages, and Services.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools for development and documentation activities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education, professional training, and relevant experience will also be considered.
