Our Wilmington Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Currently have open hours caring for a one year old (basic care, no T/V) located in Richlands, NC.
- Tuesday-Friday, 7AM to 5(ish) PM

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?
- Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
- Hands-on care with only one client per day
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
What your day looks like at BAYADA:
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty RN:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
- One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
