• Ensure all new projects going smoothly in mechanical parts;
• To fully support sustaining projects/sustaining team in plants for hot issues problem solving;
• Training and coaching PE team.
• Supervise PE managers’ daily work and give them direction/proposal
• Participate Global PE workshop and meeting, can transfer local issues/topic to global and transfer global direction points to local team.
• Organize or lead global assignment or  issues problem solving.
• Generate PE 3-5 years’ development strategies.
• Optimization PE organization.
• Build up PE team development plan.
• Optimization and standardization of PE working procedure.
• Optimization and standardization PE related IATF16949 working procedure and documentation.

What Do We Expect From You:

• Mechanical background, Mechanical engineering Bachelor or Master degree is required;
• With at least 10years working experience in automotive field;
• With at least 5 production design experience
• With at least 2 years’ department manager experience;
• English skill is required.
• Good at communication skills.
• Good at reporting skills.
