At ForMotion, we want patients to receive the right information and support throughout their care journey.
As our Global Patient Engagement Manager, you will build and lead a consistent, patient-first outreach model across regions.

Building on our existing operation in the United States, your initial focus will be on strengthening and expanding patient outreach across Europe, with further global growth to follow. You will bring regional teams together, establish effective ways of working and ensure that every patient interaction is both meaningful and results-driven.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop patient outreach teams across regions, creating a consistent global approach while respecting local market, language and cultural differences.
• Build a scalable operating model, including workflows, conversation frameworks, quality standards, systems and performance measures.
• Use data and patient insights to improve outreach quality, appointment conversion and attendance.
• Partner with clinic leadership, Marketing, Sales, Digital and Clinical teams to align outreach activities with patient needs, clinic capacity and business priorities.
• Ensure patient contact and data-handling processes comply with relevant privacy and consent requirements.

What you bring

You are an experienced patient engagement, contact-center or consumer outreach leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. Experience in a clinic or healthcare environment would be a strong advantage. You understand that success is not measured by call volumes alone, but by the quality of the conversation and the outcome it creates.

You bring:

• At least five years of relevant experience in patient engagement, contact-center operations, inside sales or consumer engagement.
• Proven people leadership experience, ideally across multiple countries, languages or regions.
• Experience building operating models, coaching teams and improving conversion or contact-to-outcome rates.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM, contact-center or marketing-automation platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices or another regulated environment is preferred.
