As aΒ Patient Access Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for patient registration, check-in, check-out, financial services, and front-end operations. You'll coach and develop your team, monitor department performance, solve challenges in real time, and help ensure every patient receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.Β

Lead and support a team of Patient Access RepresentativesΒ Β
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and trainingΒ Β
Monitor patient flow and help create a smooth, efficient experience for patients and familiesΒ Β
Oversee registration, check-in, check-out, and financial services operationsΒ Β
Manage key revenue cycle work queues and department performance metricsΒ Β
Resolve escalated patient and account concerns with professionalism and compassionΒ Β
Participate in hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and staff developmentΒ Β
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance and operational excellenceΒ Β
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous process improvementΒ Β

Strong leadership and people development skillsΒ Β
Experience in Patient Access, registration, revenue cycle, or healthcare operationsΒ Β
Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skillsΒ Β
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesΒ Β
Experience working with healthcare technology and Microsoft Office applicationsΒ Β
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitudeΒ Β
π Minimum RequirementΒ
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)Β Β
4+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, medical office, revenue cycle, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related fieldΒ Β
At least 2 years of direct Patient Access experienceΒ Β
βΒ Preferred:Β
Associate's Degree or higherΒ Β
5+ years of hospital or multi-specialty clinic experienceΒ Β
Epic experienceΒ Β
