This position will support Washer Solutions, a subsidiary of Prescott’s Med.
The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely sourcing, tracking, and delivery of parts to support field operations. This role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is non-negotiable.
Requirements
- Update and maintain parts pricing of the parts catalog
- Research & Source parts back to the original manufacturer
- Source new vendors & maintain vendor catalog
- Support service technicians with needed parts to complete service repair
- Process customer quotes and orders
- Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Manage multiple priorities and urgent requests without compromising accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows
