Partner Solutions Specialist, Car

The Partner Solutions Specialist, Car is an individual contributor technical operations role that supports the team powering car rental offers on the Expedia Group platform. You will help grow and protect the health of car rental supply through its full life cycle, investigating issues and performing root cause analysis while working closely with partner teams, car rental suppliers and other stakeholders.

This role is based in Gurgaon, India and works within a 24/7 global coverage model: you will work night shifts on four weekdays and one weekend day each week.

In this role, you will:

• Investigate car rental issues on Expedia Group sites and perform root cause analysis through to resolution, reducing errors and protecting the health of existing supply
• Configure new car rental content and test it thoroughly to support new feature and product launches
• Provide escalation support to teams on site content, capabilities and performance, and maintain working relationships with business-critical partner teams
• Find opportunities to improve operational efficiency through step-by-step improvements to tools and processes
• Document processes and maintain team knowledge articles
• Collect and analyze data to support projects and key initiatives, and provide regular and as-needed reports for internal and external partners

Experience and qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical or technical operations role
• You have proficient problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• You can create, modify and run Structured Query Language (SQL) queries
• You communicate clearly with stakeholders, tailoring technical and complex information to your audience in person and through digital channels
• You set and keep to priorities in a fast-paced environment, work well in diverse groups and independently, and take initiative
• Preferred: You can interpret information in Amadeus or Titanium, and have experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), programming or artificial intelligence (AI) tools
