About the Role

The Partner Operations Manager I supports daily operational and post-sales activities for customers and partners. This role is responsible for processing orders, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the order lifecycle. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide post-sales support and customer service.
• Assist with digital delivery requests and related customer inquiries.
• Provide shipping updates and order status information.
• Handle license resend requests and other post-purchase inquiries.
• Initiate and coordinate returns, warranty, and product-related service requests.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records within company systems and vendor platforms.
• Use internal systems and business tools to support daily operational activities.
• Meet productivity and service-level expectations established by the team.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace productivity tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer service and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, order processing, or a related area is preferred.
• Experience working with business systems, vendor portals, or operational tools is a plus.
