Fulfillment Associate — Regular Part-Time

Are you organized, dependable, and energized by getting every detail right? We’re looking for a part-time Fulfillment Associate to help deliver a smooth, accurate experience for our online customers.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage orders from the moment they are received through shipping or pickup. You’ll gather the correct products, carefully package each order, maintain inventory, and help keep the fulfillment workspace clean and organized.

What You’ll Do

• Print and review incoming online orders.
• Collect products according to the correct brands and quantities.
• Assemble, label, and package orders for shipping or pickup.
• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately.
• Stock supplies and order inventory as needed.
• Move products and inventory throughout the workspace.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete other cleaning and fulfillment duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfort performing active, hands-on work and moving inventory throughout a shift.
• Previous fulfillment, warehouse, retail, shipping, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.

Position Details

• Employment type: Regular part-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with some flexibility available
• Location: 1725 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 300, Murfreesboro, TN 37129
• Compensation: $15-$18/hr DOE

Requirements

•        1-3 years of experience in retail or fulfillment operations (healthcare or beauty industry a plus).

•        Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with POS or inventory systems a plus (Shopify POS preferred)

•        Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

•        Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

•        Passion for skincare, wellness, and/or aesthetics is a plus.
