Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.
Required Availability: Monday - Thursday, between 10 AM - 6 PM

Position Responsibilities
- Review and maintain sales tax exemption certificates to ensure accurate customer tax records.
- Guide customers through tax certificate requirements and help resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance team members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient operations.
- Calculate and process sales tax credits.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Prior customer service, finance, banking or retail experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
