About this Part Time Clerk, Store Operations Support (Japanese N1) role at Uniqlo

Responsibilities:
• To provide clerical support to administration duties
• To maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Translate regular documents and act as a Japanese / Chinese interpreter
• Act as a communication channel between store operations and internal departments
• Perform as a part of operations team to provide advice and support to store operations
• To assists with and support other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• University degree or above in any discipline
• Working experience with customer services is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written Japanese / Mandarin / English
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and organization skills
• Working Day : Prefer Tuesday & Wednesday
• Working Hour : 09:00 – 18:00 ( 4-8 hours per day )
• Immediate availability is preferred
