Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and integration services within Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to manage application lifecycle including deployment, updates, and rollback procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of system compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
- Must have knowledge on Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory),SQL, PySpark as the primary skill set. and Power BI as secondary skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
