Overview:

Responsible for treating complex diseases for patients of Sentara Healthcare. The Physician leads an interdisciplinary team of primary caregivers and Sentara ENT Specialists is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our team at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA. Candidates should have an interest in practicing general otolaryngology in a community-based setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Employed position with Sentara Medical Group, a division of Sentara Health.
• Diagnose and treat full spectrum general ENT conditions, pediatrics to adult.
• Call Schedule: 1:5
• Strong referral base, and physician marketing support to ramp up quickly.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $330,990.40 - $529,152.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
