At Westrock Orthodontics, we do more than straighten teeth—we build lifelong confidence, one smile at a time. We are looking for a caring, motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our compassionate team supporting both our Fayetteville and Springdale practices.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Working under the direct supervision of our licensed Orthodontists, you will deliver hands-on clinical care and create an uplifting experience for every patient:

• Chairside Collaboration: Assist the Orthodontist during exams and treatments, keeping procedures running smoothly while making sure patients feel safe, relaxed, and valued.

• Expanded Clinical Care: Confidently perform key procedures such as placing and removing archwires, coil springs, bands, retainers, and attachments.

• Digital & Modern Tech: Perform precision 3D digital scans and assist in fabricating custom appliances and retainers.

• Patient Education & Connection: Guide patients through their treatment plans, proper oral hygiene, and appliance care so they leave every appointment feeling confident and empowered.

• Operatory & Workflow Prep: Prepare treatment suites, sterilize equipment, and support efficient clinical workflows to keep the day seamless.

• Accurate Documentation: Keep thorough, precise treatment notes to ensure excellence and continuity in patient care.

What We’re Looking For

We believe that skills can be sharpened, but genuine kindness is priceless. Here is what makes a great fit:

• Experience: Background in dental or orthodontic assisting with a solid understanding of ortho appliances, procedures, and terminology.

• Heart & Character: Above all, someone who is genuinely nice, kind, and respectful to fellow team members, patients, and doctors.

• Proactive Team Player: Exceptional customer service skills, solid computer literacy, and the ability to work independently while anticipating the needs of the team and doctor.

• Flexibility: Comfortable sharing time and bringing high energy to both our Fayetteville and Springdale clinics.
