As an Oracle SCM Demand, Supply and Replenishment Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Embracing technology and innovation, you will deepen your skills and encourage others to do the same, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle SCM demand, supply, and replenishment planning initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Oracle software solutions for seamless integration and utilization
- Managing installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions
- Developing strategic technology plans to enhance delivery and embrace innovation
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for business transformation and process optimization
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to support client objectives
- Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Encouraging skills development outside comfort zones and fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for innovative solutions
- Embracing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Demonstrating strategic technology planning for client transformation projects
- Excelling in process optimization to enhance operational efficiency
- Leading business transformation initiatives with a focus on client success
