Title: Oracle Functional Consultant – Core Finance
Location: Offshore(India)

Experience: 5–9+ years (Oracle Cloud ERP Financials / P2P / R2R)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant to provide end-to-end functional and technical support for Docusign's Oracle Cloud ERP track. In this offshore role, you will ensure stable business-as-usual (BAU) operations, drive incident resolution, and support critical finance processes spanning Record-to-Report (R2R) and Source-to-Pay (S2P).

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support: Provide L2/L3 corrective and preventive maintenance, including incident analysis, configuration changes, data fixes, and root cause analysis for R2R and S2P processes.
• Period-Close Execution: Provide dedicated support during month-end (MEC), quarter-end (QEC), and year-end close (YEC) periods, including prior and post-close calls.
• Enhancements & Maintenance: Deliver Minor Enhancements, conduct user training, and maintain support playbooks and runbooks.
• Upgrades & Patching: Support Oracle quarterly updates by performing release analysis, planning, functional/regression testing, and deployment coordination.
• Compliance & Audit: Execute application-related IT SOX controls (e.g., Segregation of Duties), design user roles, and support audit reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• Oracle Cloud Financials: Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules including General Ledger, Payables, Cash Management, Fusion Tax, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Subledger Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Procurement Cloud: Hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud, Sourcing, and Receiving.
• ITSM & Ticketing: Proven experience managing tickets in ServiceNow or Jira, adhering to strict SLAs for incident response and resolution.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate with product vendors (Oracle Support via Service Requests) and third-party teams for issue resolution.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Quote-to-Cash Exposure: Knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management, Bill Management, Receivables, and Advanced Collections.
• Oracle EPM & Localizations: Familiarity with Oracle EPM (ARCS, FCC, TRCS) and country-specific localizations (e.g., India, Israel, France).
• AI Integration: Readiness to adopt AI-led managed services and automate routine SOPs and period-close tasks
• knowledge of  Oracle HRMS
